Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your No Worries Surf Co purchase -but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us.

To start a return, please contact us first at noworriesltd@hotmail.com
Once we’ve confirmed your return, you can post the item back to us.
When we receive your item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No worries!
You can return your original item (at your own cost), and once we’ve received it, we’ll send the replacement size to you free of charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at noworriesltd@hotmail.com
if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any worn or washed products.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
