Where's my order?

We ship all orders with Royal Mail — Cornwall's waves to your door, tracked every step of the way.

To track your parcel, you'll need your Royal Mail tracking number, which was included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Can't find your tracking number?

Check your dispatch confirmation email — it will have been sent from us when your order left our hands. If you can't find it, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.

Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
